Hi, dancer here: a lot of these exercises are what I used to do to warm up my feet before my first class of the day.
For about 2 years I danced a minimum of 4 hours a day, this really helped me make sure they were in good shape.

Am I the only one who thinks the twins intentionally put the snake on the truck as their security system? They knew how to handle snakes in more ways than one. One of the twins told Sammy not to touch stuff until told. They booby trapped it. The snake was the truck alarm, baby!
