100% true, I think for many people there's a mess of conflicting ideas and feelings about sexual attraction, romantic attraction, gender, etc, and they're just squinting at it and declaring a label based on their own pattern matching skills and personal definition of what each label means.
i mean i also do just hate like idk “you can’t choose to be gay” bc i think attraction is much more complicated than (straight) people will ever admit & like who gives a fuck if i DID choose to be bisexual? why is that your business? who am i *actually* materially causing harm to by dating women?
