The reason why it’s so hard to even consider the “anti-vaccine” argument, is that we already know what happened to children before vaccines… they died. If you want to argue for *even better vaccines* fine. But to argue no vaccine is anywhere near better than what we have now is idiotic.

Personally, I think it should be front page news for at least a month if a sitting US President is using falsified evidence to try and deny due process to a man who has committed no crime, but that’s just me

It's not that the kid is wrong, it's that he's wrong with utter and serene confidence. When people ask me why I wrote The Death of Expertise, it wasn't ignorance that compelled me to write, it was this kind of unbreakable, completely self-assured ignorance that did it.
