Online used to exist only in a box in a room in your house, we called it a desktop computer and it was the only way to access it. Now the internet is in our pockets all the time and madness has ensued.

So after more than 10 years I cancelled my spotify subscription.
I didnt use it to listen to podcasts but my subscription over time had been paying the likes of Joe Rogan, Harry & Megan and the Obamas rather than the aryists I'd signed up to listen to.

Playing with building react native apps is great but doing a clean build basically maxes out all 16 cpu cores and I'm probably two/three months away from justifiably buying myself a new laptop that should crush this work
