I miss listening to NPR results from elections, what Obama is doing, how things in the world are occasionally beautiful and kind and soft.

I miss that world.

I did reprogram NPR back into my radio lineup, and I will sometimes listen to snippets in the PM just to keep up with all the terrible shit in the world, but it's pretty much 5 minutes max these days.

I miss the days when I could listen much longer while unloading dishes.

It's funny, because 12 years ago I used to start my day with NPR online news, and even back then eventually within the year came to the realization that it was too much to handle. That was 2013, fam.

The stress of traveling is always a concern, but it's really like trump wants to ruin everyone's lives all at once, and that's mental. I'm sorry you're not going on your trip, but I'm thankful you'll be safe and saved some unnecessary nonsense.

I didn't think mine would make a big difference, and it became night and day when I started taking the daily version. I went from having a headache/migraine a day dull or full to like nearly full relief capacity. You can always give it a go, but IMHO heaven sent.

Can your doctor prescribe migraine medication? Would that work? Even if you have to take a supplement to counter it.

Under normal circumstances, I would have a drink or pop a weed gummy and go to another astral plain/plane(?) and feel better about the darkness because of altered states, but no, and I've maxed out my medication at its current level.

I've bought groceries for neighbors before, and have given away food (canned/box). People have definitely taken drinks that they probably just recycled instead of drinking.

One time, our BN admin gave away Carrot cake Oreos. We all wanted to try them. I've never found them since...👻🤯
