The stories saying that the ERA, although duly ratified by 38 states as required by Article V, won’t become law until some functionary at the National Archives agrees to publish it, have no constitutional basis. I’ll be writing about this soon. Watch this space for a link.

I am still processing my bad performance review from work.
I think I am a few weeks off from really understanding how I feel.
It is bizarre to be so thrilled with the feedback, and finally be offered permission and room to perform. Those sorts of things build my trust high.

For two years layoffs have been hanging over my head. Finally they issued a layoff schedule and this year was going to be the year. Will I go down end of Q1? End of Q3? Will I make it to Q4? All are possible. I had my peace with it. Then new boss decides to get creative with performance reviews.
