The judge probably wanted it to stick and knew that limitations on the 2A would prevent that from happening. Good news is that the 2A also applies to protesters and it's legal to even open carry in Minnesota with a permit.

And ONR was developing satellite data analysis for study of our atmosphere and ocean even back in the 1980s.

Aside from that, he’s already made the decision that he’ll defend Taiwan. Otherwise, the USAF wouldn’t be clearing the WWII runways overtaken by nature on Tinian Island. We’re preparing for the fight.

And then, there's Tinian Island. Google Maps image on the left, not sure when it was imaged - but it's within the last year. On the right is Sentinel-2 imagery from the 14th of August. Work has been accelerated there to open that WWII base and get it back up and running.
