I’ve been burned out. I’ve got a very short fuse. I’ve been prone to listen to the negative voices in my head and depression. Then I took a Vyvance (I don’t take them regularly) and BLAMMO! Everything was right in the world. Then it wore off and I’m back. Anyone else experience similar?

I am unfortunately on the fence with AI. I hear all these negative things about it, but as a guy with ADHD it really helps me with clarifying my thoughts when writing.
At this point it’s been said in a hundred different ways, so I think people are being intentional about not getting it.

#DNA-test and #Ancestry sites? I used to be a 23andMe customer but I grabbed my data, asked them to delete it, and closed my account. It was fun and I'd like to take part in a service like that but I don't know if I can trust any service. Opinions?
