“the lavender coeurl” was originally a derogatory title given to tomik during his stint in the garlean military. it was meant to dehumanize and poke fun at the fact that he was always pretty effeminate and prissy
to his credit he not only took it in stride but also took it as an official title

i think tomik becomes a bit of a celebrity - it’s hard to blend in as a purple hrothgar
he definitely enjoys the attention but i also think part of him really craves the anonymity. his arcadion persona is essentially an unfeeling robot for a reason. well, multiple reasons i guess

i don’t think tomik would reasonably start out ARR as a machinist…which begs the question what is his canon job at the start 🤔
