And this is where the Democrats in Congress invoke Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and say that if Musk defies the courts, he has engaged in insurrection and anyone loyal to the Constitution—up to and including POTUS—must enforce the law against him or be in violation of their oath.
So here's a fun* Constitutional crisis question. Do the US Marshals obey a judicial order to bring someone in for criminal contempt, or do they listen to the Justice Dept telling them to ignore such an order?
