In 2022, my pediatric office asked if we should stop masking. I often recall my office manager's response when I said that a crying infant generates aerosols. She actually snorted at me. I kept masking. Guess who never got sick, when all around me did?🤔😷

#POTS has exploded in the wake of COVID infections. It is so much more than just getting lightheaded when standing. It's not from anxiety, and it's not Functional Neurological Disorder. It's ANS damage. If you're a physician unfamiliar with POTS, you should read up on it.

All I want is indoor air standards that will decrease the spread of infectious disease. I'm not sure why those in industry, education and healthcare are not also calling for them, aside of course from cost. But isn't absenteeism even MORE costly?
