Reading about @mostlybree.kitrocha.com's focaccia exploits is what got me interested in bread baking again! But I wasn't sure how much effort that took, so I decided to try the bread machine route. So far, so good.

Absolutely. I just had a real bad day of that particular struggle this past week actually. Spent the night arguing with myself trying to logic my way out of it. Didn't work.

Again?! oh geez.

Then I thought to check my favorite thrift store. Sure enough they had 5 to choose from. I came hone with my favorite for $25! Fresh bread in a kitchen near me - coming soon!!

I sit outside. Mostly because my dog goes ballistic anytime someone knocks or rings the doorbell. We're working on it, of course. Stil, I don't wanna give any little kid nightmares of the Halloween a big dog tried to eat them (even if she only sounds that way).

Alas my google skills are failing me and I can't seem to find a pattern. I might just have to look at a commercially sold duck sweater (there are such things) and see what I can make. Because how can I *not* knit a sweater for a duckie?!?
