It appears impossible to justify bombing the Venezuelan boats
Not only is the legal basis tenuous (we all know how well the “I was just following orders” defense goes)
The evidence that people in the boats are engaged in crimes is shaky as well

The SCOTUS administrative stay is a terrible thing for 42 million Americans who are uncertain if they'll have food in November.
But make sure to blame the *real* villain: Convicted Felon Donald Trump. It was his decision to appeal in the first place.
Trump could just fully fund the SNAP benefits.
