Very much this. Funny how the Court was perfectly happy to allow nationwide injunctions against Biden administration actions that were entered by conservative judges, especially ones like Judge Kacsmaryk in Texas. But now that judges are restraining Trump's illegal actions, the Court rushes in. 😡
If the Supreme Court thinks universal injunctions are unconstitutional, to wait until *now* to say that, in this of all cases, with this of all presidents, is a devastating indictment of both its impartiality and its prudence.

I refuse to vote for Republicans’ slush fund bill that grants Trump and Elon Musk permission to continue rigging our government and our economy against the middle class.
It would greenlight even more chaos and more cuts to critical programs.
