They are working overtime making sure everyone knows Long Covid is ME/CFS and ME/CFS has always been around and therefore there's nothing to worry about because Covid is no special thing and just a risk as usual. Either this is organic idiocy farm to table or some coordinated campaign.

Regarding wearing a mask against Covid: It's not a minor inconvenience, it's a major pain in the ass. Probably the painiest pain in the arse that ever pained someone. It's also a socioeconomic suicide. My pay, my career, my social life all *fucked* due to strict masking. I hate this shit.

If you still wear a mask to protect yourself and others from Covid, as I still do (I don't care bout most others anymore tbh) and you're not pissed off by this mask wearing shit and it did not affect your social life or career by now...then I'm 95% sure you're not masking consequently or properly.
