i think that's probably slightly better than them being correct at any level tbph, but the real worst case is they get 10% into it and then the backlash kills everyone, not just them

by "plan" i mean no one is really explicitly saying this, but they're also acting coherently, and cohesively, as if this was the plan. the plan of a system is what it's shambling toward
