Trapping people in a place they do not want to be in is a terrifying act and could be argued as collective punishment, a crime against humanity.
Starting a war and expecting to move freely in Europe is hard to justify.

The EU is tightening visa rules for Russian nationals amid continued drone disruptions and sabotage on European soil.

Travelling to the EU is a privilege, not a given.

It’s always too little too late.

Earth, Terran, Gaia, whatever you wanna call it - it's the original home of Terrans (pictured), and the planet you're on now! by the 2090s it's well into a long-term environmental stabilization process, and waves of both urbanization and emigration have caused intense widespread re-wilding.

As with the gameplay of #LuminesArise, pretty much all of my complaints from the demo were addressed. The DAS isn't wonky, gameplay is a lot snappier, and while I still feel like the color contrast in many areas needs to be worked on, it's a lot better.

First stage of #LuminesArise. You did not have to do that.

The only bad part about this is I didn't get to witness the full transition the first time because I was in burst mode.

You forget that capitalism is built on extraction of wealth from the lower class. If that money just vanishes, the lower class isn't going to get it back and they're going to be thrown more into poverty.

63% of young Americans want out. Not because they hate their country—because it stopped loving them back. When rent devours wages and cruelty passes for policy, leaving starts to look like survival.

Choose your moral condemnation of emigration:

US lib - Immigrants here are welcome. Emigrants leaving in the age of Trump are cowards and traitors.

Atlanticist - The Berlin Wall was evil. But today, preventing Russians from leaving Russia is a great way to sanction the Russian war machine.

It's not even Roko's Basilisk, it's like, 5 companies gleefully proclaiming they have created Roko's Basilisk when in reality they're profits are coming from the hype they generate from it.
I think I know what's going on. It's fucking Roko's basilisk en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roko's_... All techbros bought it. Fucking idiots. That's why they are doing this AI bubble, all who push it - they all bought this stupidity. Totally and utterly bought it. 🤦‍♂️

Not quite. You're describing "social democracy." Socialism is about having full democratic control over all aspects of society. Your workplace is a democracy. Your have no fear of losing a job. Your country no longer perpetrates injustice, foreign or domestic.
PSA:

Democratic socialism is capitalism with strong public institutions and democratic control over major industries or services that affect the public good (e.g., healthcare, education, infrastructure).

It’s capitalism without feeding the insatiably parasitic 1%.

For the love of God stop calling capitalism “Technofeudalism.” This is not a mutant regression off the track of benign capitalism’s progress to utopia. This is capitalism doing capitalism.

Cis folks reading this: Try to understand how terrifying it is to be a minority the government openly hates, and they start fucking with your ability to *leave the country*
This fight isn't over. Our case challenging President Trump's executive order will still move forward.

Like, you'd think the latter is a step in the former.
At some point you have to stop saying, "opposing US Empire is just more important than organizing American workers, who are privileged/labor aristocrats/settlers/hwyte/bourgeois/middle class anyway."
