I finally went outside again! Depression has been on my ass recently so I've been minimizing my time outside. But, this was a nice break from being inside.
Nature preserves are my tied for my favorite place with my back yard. They're all over the place, I recommend visiting one.

Pictures are finally back, but I still plan on getting a better phone for pictures. Or getting a professional camera.
This is gochujang tofu, which you're probably familar with if you're vegan. It's great for a midnight snack as its quick to make. It also pairs extremely well with avacado.

Here's my steam year in review for those interested. My favorite new game was Death Must Die. It's like 20 minutes until dawn, and similar to Hades with the boon system. My favorite game that was new to me this year was 20 minutes until dawn, I prefer it over DmD.

This guy keeps messaging me but he is chronically disinterested and boring. 1-2 word responses, and when they are 'sentences', they rarely break 5 words. I constantly have to ask him to elaborate, it's just, bleh.

I know this is really unrelated to my usual posts, but I just did 51 pushups in a row, which is 11 over my record. And I did this with a messed up arm (2 rounds of bowling messed up my arm lol). I am very proud of myself🙂

I made a raspberry cheesecake while watching @demonmama.com and @riverboatjack.bsky.social ack.bsky.social! This was my first time having a cheesecake since going vegan. If you haven't picked up on it yet, every single thing that I make is vegan, if you'd like recipes for anything, you can just ask!

I made pasta alla norma today, it came out really well! It was my first time trying eggplant so I was nervous, but that nervousness was unwarranted. Eggplant is really good, better than I expected it to be.

I spent two hours outside with the birds today, I really enjoyed my time with them. Mocha jumped onto my hand and then sat on my leg for an hour, it was a wonderful experience! For the first time since they grew up, all of them ate out of my hand.

I went outside yesterday, I got some nice pictures of the birds! The time of day was perfect for pictures. I really enjoy spending time with the chickens, however, the turkeys will follow you around a peck at you constantly lol, and their pecks hurt a lot. I still love them dearly though
