INFJ. Boston. Join me as I combat a general malaise by inconsistently sharing non sequiturs when I want attention.
When was the last time a straight person experienced a positive feeling and did not yell "Let's go?" Seems like it's been a very long time. If this is chronic, how can we make them less happy? That shit is annoying.

The first person we saw on vacation was Creamy Meats. We are so back.

Celebrated the 30th anniversary of crying myself to sleep on my 7th birthday because I was getting old. Buckle up, kiddo.

I never liked Ross, but now having been to Paris, I can confirm Rachel Green is the dumbest bitch on Earth.

The force is strong with me. Mando's handler asked everyone "Francais? English?" but to me he just said "Bonjour, Francais?"
Each time I was mistaken for a local was :: chef's kiss ::
And then I opened my mouth.

"The beauty one finds alone is a prayer that longs to be shared" (imagine this is set to Miley's "Prelude")
Also, I cried 5 times during the final 12 hours because I love #Paris so much.
I'm so grateful to @yonka.paris for this once in a lifetime experience.

A few things that got me through this week:
- a chilly day at Brimfield Brewfest warmed up by my double puzzle piece winner, Flying Fox Brewing's Strawberry Jalepeno Sour, Lolita, and a night at the lake with the Sharecuterie Crew (@timtam82.bsky.social)

As a result of the sweeping cuts to funding from this administration, Fenway Health needs our support more than ever. As your act of resistance today, please consider making a donation. Any amount helps. Thank you!
Strides for Action 2025: Lance Houle II
I’m proud to take part in Strides for Action on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Artesani Park with my team! LGBTQIA+ healthcare, HIV treatment and prevention, and gender-affirming care are at a crossroads.

Things that got me through this week: For most of the week, not much! But made it through with the first blooms appearing on the trees, 2 mois des leçons Français chaque jour, buying the correct size frame for "the Swallows," another bottle of whiskey, and filling out my luggage tags (< 1 month🇫🇷)

I'm walking with a team of coworkers to raise money for Fenway Health. Not only is Fenway where I go for LGBTQ+-affirming care, it's the #1 reason I'm hesitant to leave MA. I'm not confident I'll receive the same level of respect or experience-based care as a queer man if I were to leave state.

Ari handed me a mirror and then punched me through it with Twilight Zone.

No, not Democrats being “bused in”—just regular Nebraskans waking up to the fact that their Social Security is on the chopping block to fund tax cuts for billionaires.

Great piece by PBS.

A few things that got me through the week:
-Framing art from one of my favorite queer artists @allantics.bsky.social (got the wrong size for the @dovegraveyard.bsky.social piece 🤡)

AOC: Fox News and the right-wing would have you believe that these American values are something out of The Communist Manifesto. But let me tell you Fox News, I don’t believe in healthcare, labor, and human rights because I’m a Marxist.. I believe it because I was a waitress.

Scientists have just cured pancreatic cancer in some patients with personalized mRNA vaccines. Pancreatic cancer. And this Trump administration wants to throw it all away.

They’re throwing away a cure for cancer.

Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted… And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.

This is blood-boiling. Charles Rogers was awarded the Medal of Honor in Vietnam after being wounded three times leading the defense of a position.

Google his name and the entry below comes up. When you click, you'll see the page has been deleted and the URL changed to include "DEI medal."

This is insane and terrifying. If they can do this none of us have real civil protections against extradition and imprisonment. What does it matter if you’re a citizen or a permanent resident? You get no hearing, just shipped to a foreign labor camp.

An odd, uneven blip of a book that had the emotional bones that Luca was able to cover in flesh (literally) for the film. It was interesting to see how Luca curated Burroughs' fragmented manuscript... 🌈📚

Realized I didn't share last week's poem.

I think this is my most succinct expression of experiencing anxious attachment.
