Extremely funny that they're in a panic over-thinking this when more people have just found out he dies from seeing this post then from seeing the actual film.

My prediction is the new gremlins movie will ignore gremlins 2 because movies arnt allowed to be fun anymore, and will instead try to retroactively make gremlins 1 into some big lore jumping off point like those god awful ghostbusters movies.

Watching Blade of the Immortal 2019, which I'd always put off since the first adaptation was dogshit.
This is actually really good but its become clear that they're racing to adapt all 200+ chapters of the manga in 24 episodes that are 15 minutes each which is, to put it mildly, a pacing nightmare.

Really liking Ghost of Yōtei. That opening shot of the main bad guys had big Ittō-ryū vibes and the whole thing has put me in a re-read all of Blade of the Immortal kinda situation.
