He has now erased fully 10% of the term to which Grijalva was elected.
Speaker Johnson is officially keeping the House in recess again next week. This will be the eighth consecutive week the House has been out of session. The chamber hasn't met since Sept. 19. Adelita Grijalva, who was elected on Sept. 23, has not been sworn in.

Starting today, Trump's FAA is cutting 10% of air traffic from the busiest airports across the country. They could cut private plane travel instead, but that would impact Trump's friends and donors.
Private planes make up nearly 12% of all flights.

And yet even with major air traffic control safety concerns, the DOT is planning to exclude them from its plan to order 10% cut in flights at 40 major U.S. airports.

People who can afford to charter flights will be fine. Everyone else is screwed.

This was always the risk with Gabbard and Patel at the head of our intelligence gathering.

We not only will lose our own sources who won’t trust them, but we will lose intelligence from our close allies.

This makes a terrorist attack on US soil much more likely.
Britain urged to form breakaway 'Four Eyes' alliance without the US
Some in the defence establishment are now suggesting forming a sub-group in the existing 'Five Eyes' alliance to allow intelligence sharing without a US veto.

The federal government just wasted a ton of water that was planned for agricultural use this summer.

If a traditional bad actor or nation state hacking org had done this, it would be considered an act of cyber terrorism.

Pole for professional curiosity: how recently (in "days ago") was it that you or someone you know had a #cybersecurity incident (defined however you want)?

OMG. I've seen so many of these headlines. You know what folks, they're not wrong. Are we going to argue now that platforms have an obligation to run all their users' creds through a leak set? And how often will they need to do that - is daily enough? 🙄
