It’s not just a document to submit. He was approved on a 5 yr green card. He had to apply (submit his I-751) for his 10 yr lawful permanent resident card aka green card. It’s expensive, requires documentation in support, along with biometrics (again) and possibly even another interview.

But Tribes aren’t DEI and Civil Rights are the law! Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Offices are being dismantled across the federal government. Using DEI as code to erode protections under the law is not okay!!
