Our facility has both. They are related but independent services. Addictive recovery services tend to not be 24 hours. The amount to people referred to those services and those who are able to engage in them are not the same.

I wouldn’t. That gets them exactly what they want. The research you do is exactly what they want to shut down. Instead I would continue despite the fear they are meaning to incite.

I read it, and other than all the nonsense in the top, given background justification, those were my two concerns. It sounds like they want to get rid of anything they can from the last administration and establish a science nope person. If it goes how HR has gone, it’ll grind everything to a halt.
