Soft and squishy. Bisexual cis man. Male pronouns preferably.
The issue is the removal of liability. If a human misses an exit and makes an illegal maneuver then they can be given a ticket. No way will insurance companies accept that liability for autonomous vehicles.

If, and its a massive if, it can be made to work safely for all road conditions and users then fine. But good luck with that.

This should be treated as terrorism, tbh.

I do wonder if their logic is that by doing a licensed one they can use that to then crack down on the unlicensed ones. Whether that will work, I'm not sure.

I super agree, and I wish the culture weren't so fucked-up about sex so we could treat sex writing like any other craft issue. it is fine to have sex scenes, it is fine not to have sex scenes, not every author has identical strengths and interests, and that is good, Actually!

Fairly standard for UK prison sentences that are less than 4 years.

Does seem very odd that it's not considered terrorism though.

Don't think Times New Roman has been the Word default for a while. Its been Calibri for ages and recently changed to Aptos.

They did also say that the law doesn’t inherently require places to accept trans women. So they're more or less saying its entirely case by case. Which will mean many many more court cases.

Strictly speaking they don't have to vote that way, but its convention that they do. The only Speaker or Deputy I can imagine breaking that convention in the last 50 years would have been Bercow.

Yeah, I couldn't work in bed, although I know people who do. If I had space for a specific "office space" I would do that.

Our media's reporting of trans issues is poisonous, unhinged, a betrayal by those who pretend to report impartially, and shamefully reminiscent of other hate propagandising throughout the last century. I'm surprised to see it in the UK but I need to learn that it is, since Brexit, just who we are.
