Paragraph 2.6 of the report into the failings of the OBR that led to the Budget report being wrongly available for 30 odd minutes. The paragraph reads: "This practice is therefore not appropriate for higher-risk and sensitive publications, so organisations in this position can use various techniques to ensure that the benefits of pre uploading the document in advance are realised without giving general access. One effective way of doing this is to obfuscate or obscure the URL by giving it a long sequence of random characters that are essentially unguessable. Another way protection can be added is by requiring a password until publication, or some other form of authorisation of access. "

At my parents for the weekend, so decided to take another pic of thier garden from my room, as I do most times I'm here. Looks quite autumnal today.
Photo of my parents garden taken from an upstairs window on a bright day in late October. Its mostly lawn with some planters for vegetables, mostly empty now. Theres a couple of small fruit trees and a large walnut tree. The field behind has a small stand of trees and a mostly dried up pond.

Weather is really nice here today, so i thought I'd take a photo out of my bedroom window at my parents house. I've probably posted a dozen variants of this on other places, so why not here.
My parents garden, and some of the field behind, taken from an upstairs window, in early March on a bright sunny morning. The garden is mostly lawn with a couple of vegetable patches and a couple of fruit trees, plus a large but cut back walnut tree. The field behind has a stand of trees and a pond in it.
