Just read about Trump’s comments about moving business to the US. His wording sounds like a desperate double-glazing salesman, “DON’T WAIT. DO IT NOW!” He forgot to mention ‘limited offer’ or ‘terms and conditions can change with little or no notice’.

“…and start buying tens of billions of dollars of American goods.” - or perhaps buy from somewhere else? I hear the rest of the world produce most of what we buy from the US - and if it is more expensive to sell to the US, they’ll probably want more countries to replace their customers.

Kemi Badenoch and Lee Anderson feel there is no urgency to get to net zero and present it as requiring a drop in living standards as well as lots of money. My solar panels have given me a profit in March, so far, despite charging an electric car at home regularly. It is March!
