Working seasonal in a theme park comes with a two month break (at least where I work)
Good thing: my autism brain gets to go hibernate not needing to go out at all

I've just realized, the story of FFXIV won't ever be as great anymore as it has once been. The Ascians and the Garlean Empire as the two big looming threats (that turn out to be connected in their roots) were some genious writing they will never be able to replicate.

My friend and I both play Silksong and it kinda evolved into a competition on who finishes the game first, it's not a real race but we regularly check the others achievements on Steam.

I actually like PLZA and thought again on getting the DLC. But no. 30€, the announcement date, almost feels like they held back content... so the full game would be 90€ again. And no. AI looking Raichu-Pikachu fusions as Megas don't make it for me.

After playing PLZA for a day I can say with confidence, that all the people who cried and begged for RTC in Pokémon didn't understand the actual depth of Pokémon battles. Playing more than one setup move is masochism. More than two is barely playable. I'm building FFXIV rotations on my Pokémon!

I have 60 followers right now. When I pull up the list, I can only see about a third of them. And even of that third im pretty sure there are bots and scams inbetween there. I'm just too lazy to deal with it.

Thinking of picking up FFXIV again after a little break and finally finishing DT MSQ. Then I think about Wuk Lamat being there. The sad thing is just that I actually found her to be fun for a while, but she's shoved in ones face so much, I'm just tired of her hogging the spotlight.

No, I can't draw realistic at all (and I don't want to), so the difference of style in the character pics made me say "imagine if that difference was a thing in our canon", ending with us agreeing that my goblin artificer is a Roger Rabbit situation and enabling me to stylize him more.

I wanna do gaming cosplay but I'm too lazy (and even more too procrastinating) to make an actual high quality cosplay. But I want to have at least something for cons that doesn't look like garbage.

I need to get back into drawing more, I have like an infinite backlog of drawing ideas, I just can't bring myself to put them out. Like... maybe a little goal helps. Slow and steady. Or something like that.

Just another day where I wonder how forcing people to work outside when the weather is actually dangerous (be it high temperatures, low temperatures or strong hail, storms, lightning etc.) is legal in any way.

Leaving your hyperfixations not because you want to but because the people in charge ruined it. I don't want to leave Pokémon behind. SV was bad and it pained me, I want Legends ZA to be good and keep up with the games. But now Nintendo did the Switch2 and I just can't keep supporting that.

It's not that I hate ffxiv by now but it's big selling point of good story has been nuked with DT (I still didn't finish MSQ), they are making changes that are a lot of "too little, too late"... I cannot respect them anymore when they are like "look, we're doing what people made mods for years ago".

Sometimes there are games I'm excited for but then there is nothing shown about them for so long I completely forget that they are supposed to come out and I feel like if that happens, maybe the game isn't worth it after all.

I usually like when games tell me "make sure you've done everything you wanted here before you proceed this path" but in BG3 it just feels off. Makes me a bit anxious. It literally makes no sense for the group to turn around now and do something else.

Many things from BG3 sound crazy if you try to explain them to people who have no idea what the game is about.
