Got him rigged up but the rig could be improved especially the face.

He's got clothes now. I had some problems with the subsurface scatter maps and the mud it'd work best with material layering but my renderer cant do that.

Making a skeleton as a game asset, with a focus on anatomy and optimization (it's around 26k tris now). accurate vertebrae take up a lot for tri count.

I think that sculpting and understanding form in 3D has affected my 2D art greatly, but I still prefer the feel of sculpting and modeling.

I do enjoy anime and manga I just don't do many pieces in the genre, it's not my main cup of tea.
