The Trump administration released a report last week that it billed as a “clear, evidence-based foundation” for action on a range of children’s health issues. But the report, from the Make America Healthy Again Commission, cited studies that did not exist. www.nytimes.com/2025/05/29/w...

I was a fencer in high school and in college. Fencing is a sport where if your skill, speed, and reach are pretty equal, sex doesn’t matter at all. Your points aren’t worth more if you hit harder. Refusing a bout with a trans fencer is bigotry, not a stance for “fairness” in the sport.

If the US government requires passports for you to practice your rights such as voting then passports should be provided for free to all and within a reasonable timeframe by said government.

Forget that the deportation was illegal, or that habeas corpus rights were ignored.

The U.S. government asserting it can't get the dude back from our new best buds in El Salvador is some ultra weak shit.

Have you heard of Plan 2028?

"...building power will require a long-term strategy that starts with organizing now... and that seeks governing power to change the rules of the game altogether."

Oh the irony of a president that sends feds back to the office while he works from home. Which, conveniently, is also *his place of business.*

“At the same time that he is bemoaning waste and fraud in the federal government, he’s actually through this travel having taxpayers pay his businesses."
Federal workers cast Trump's many Mar-a-Lago trips as working from home
“It’s about who’s making the rules,” one federal worker said of the president ordering employees back to the office even as he’s spent nearly every weekend in Florida.
