This is one of those things btw where calling/mailing VISA et al and being as willfully dense as possible is an amazingly good idea.

Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.

@safety.bsky.app, it is literally a matter of public, legal record that it is not defamatory to say former voice actor Vic Mignogna sexually harassed and assaulted women over the course of decades, using his influence and position within the community to coerce and keep his victims quiet.
I asked @safety.bsky.app to clarify what the problem was, and all they did was doube down.

I'm seeing less posts about the Visa and Mastercard situation and I want to make it plain as day. You need to keep calling and bothering them, and losing them money.
Because if we lose this, they are going to cut more and more from what's available until you can only buy what they approve of.

Spoke with an anon source who had an interesting insight into Visa policy. Per a convo with their bank on the Steam/itchio situation today, Visa put new restrictions into place due to a new "government policy." The exact phrase used by Visa. No specific country was listed as the source of the policy
