I definitely don't want to ask for too much but I can't put an exact number on it since we aren't sure when his benefits will pull through for us. We are hoping it won't be longer than a months waiting time.

I'm not really sure. We are still waiting on my husband's benefits to come through, his papers are only going to be sent Wednesday so we might need assistance for a while. Hopefully, his benefits will come through and if we raise a decent amount, I'll make another post.
