I told my hubs I hung out w/the cheerleaders in HS & he couldn’t see it.
“No you’d never know I wasn’t a cheerleader! We’d go to the mall and they’d try on cute size 0 miniskirts & I would find old person outfits & become a 100 year-old named Agnes & shop around w/them refusing to break character”

This morning, as I helped my son troubleshoot how to smuggle his breakfast lollipop contraband into school at 8:09 am, I wondered to myself - Is this the parent I imagined I was destined be? But I think I already knew the answer.

I sincerely don’t know why people aren’t physically stopping those dorks. Move shit. Lock doors. Lose the keys. Everyone switch seats. Turn off all the lights. Switch the signs on the elevator lobby. Make the settings all silly. Use a different language. Wear costumes. Fill rooms with balloons
