The incumbent president lost the election, tried to overturn the results, his supporters invaded government buildings in the nation’s capitol. A few months later, he was barred from seeking elective office. Prosecutors filed charges and he was sentenced to 27 years in prison.

Reminder that our society does not particularly value or protect teenage girls. Child marriage is legal in 34 states. Just about everyone hates pedophiles, but a lot of people are pretty indifferent to the abuse and exploitation of teenage girls.

Oh no! Their balance is over $3m. They now have a tax liability.
