Welp. That's the second time my watch has dialed emergency services while I'm in boxing class. And because I put my phone on Do Not Disturb, I don't know it's happening!! 🫠

I just want it known that I just:
-Worked ALA from 1/7 until 1/12, and the longest I slept during that period was 5 hours 24 minutes
-Couldn't sleep in on the 13th, got out of the hotel and went home to prepare for new job on the 14th
