Listen to what Bernie Sanders had to say 20 years ago.

In families dominated by a narcissistic parent, the dynamics often play out in profoundly harmful ways, creating a hierarchy where one child—the "golden child"—is favored, while another—the "discarded child"—is scapegoated and devalued.

This new war in Venezuela is deeply corrupt.

I will never vote to send someone’s son or daughter to war to make oil executives richer.

Truly brave people never tell you how brave they are.
The most intelligent people don't tell you how smart they are.
The best athletes don't tell you how great they are.

They just know. And are secure in that fact.

True confidence is quiet. Insecurity is loud.

The scapegoat is often the empath or highly sensitive person who expresses an authentic hunger for better treatment, truth, and/or change. This is the most threatening temperament to a toxic system-familial or other.

When someone can ruin your day, mood, vibe, or mental peace – it’s not about them.
It’s about you allowing them access to your inner world.
Stop giving people that privilege. Your peace is priceless.

What did minimum wage get you in each decade? In 2025, it gets you nothing but exhaustion.

There isn’t a single place in America where a full-time minimum-wage worker can afford even a modest 2-bedroom rental.
That’s the reality.

Them: “I’m sick of subsidizing their groceries when mine cost so much”

SNAP does not drive up grocery prices.

That would be inflation, tariffs & corporate greed.

For every $1 spent on SNAP there’s a $1.50 going back into the economy.

While you’re blaming the poor, the rich are robbing everyone.

The majority of Americans are good. We have heart. We have compassion. When we see others struggle, we want to lend a hand.

For too long, we’ve been divided and pitted against each other by those who crave obscene wealth and power.

Let’s change that. One election at a time.
