Hello BSky, my dear friend Brandon is fighting a rare, severe case of pneumonia that requires a prolonged ICU stay.

He & his family are dealing with so much and could use some love & support. If you are willing, a gift would mean so much. 🙏🏼

I spend most of my day figuring out how many bananas to buy before suffering utter fury or banana bread when I miscalculate

My kid isn’t dressed yet bc nick can’t find any clean options that make her feel like a ballerina. They are headed back to the closet for a second look. Good thing it’s wash day

Hey #MedSky I'm writing a long-form piece on how bad prior authorization has become, and how burdensome it is on patients and docs. Can you share:
—A story (without PHI)
—The amount of time/$$ you spend
—The most ridiculous thing you've had to argue for
—etc

(And please share this post)

If you were born in the 1900s, you need to stretch 30 mins a day. AT MINIMUM.
15 in the morning
15 before bed

Your knees hurt cuz your quads are too tight.

Your back hurts because your hamstrings are pulled tight like Khloe's face.

I love jetbrains
I really appreciate how @jetbrains.com has a program to provide s/w licenses to open source maintainers. And it works out for them, I definitely get my employers to pay for their tools for at work.

Wow, surprised and saddened to see that Greg Gumbel has passed.
Greg was a big part of my sports consciousness and a talented announcer/host.

Sad to see more greats from my youth passing on.

In multiple ways and layers, gratitude and thankfulness are beautiful aspects of the human experience.

It is so meaningful to see someone overcome by gratitude.

It deepens my sense of why the Lord so values gratitude and thanksgiving.

House 2 or 6. First lockdown I made a home gym and had two labs. I have had farm animals and they’re a lot of work. I can make a garden wherever with some pots and soil and seeds. I can get streaming stuff on anything. I just wanna be able to go outside and have room inside for bad weather.

I can't express how important those 6 words are. In my line of work, I STRONGLY encourage parents to normalize all manner of topics, b/c that's the only hope of having them come to you when/if bad stuff happens.
