I think when he started saying "Yeah" he thought he had handled it and by the time he FINISHED saying "Yeah" he realized things had gone terribly wrong.

Podcasts are the one place where I'm actually able to (for the most part) solve this problem. I don't know if all podcatchers have this feature, but here's the lifesaving setting, Volume boost, in Podcast Addict:

Apparently a minifig-scale SDF-1 would be 30m long. As much as I'd love that, it's obviously excessive. BUT if the Veritech were minifig-sized, then the SDF-1 would be only 4m long - pretty close to the same scale as the Notre Dame Cathedral LEGO. Plenty of room to have the city in the legs!
