No chance. They took this action cause they could knowing the job market conditions will force them to hang on till the end because it’s less likely they will find another job before they sink the whole thing.

Yuuup. I worked for a regional appliance retailer that sold to private equity. 4 years from profitable and debt free to liquidation. The c-suite all made bank and everyone else lost their jobs.
