Right now my life feels intensely like one of these 🧩🖼️. I'm mentally assembling it 24/7 and failing and starting over which makes it hard to focus on other stuff like Emails. Or sometimes Emails and Teaching and Dishes are blessed temporary relief!

after crying wordlessly for 30 minutes in therapy the world looks like pure information, light on surfaces irrelevant to human interpretation. this also happens after acupuncture and some kinds of sex; something smashes all my buttons for a hard reset. 📍🌊
