The closely cropped image of a masked protester atop a burning Waymo and waving a Mexican flag has become one of the most shared images of the LA protests. To many viewers, it signals violence/invasion/threat. Look what happens if you zoom out. Now it becomes less "threat" and more "LA photoshoot."

On Monday in Los Angeles when news crews started recording again for the early evening news slots, there were 20 LAPD cop cars sitting on the 101 with their sirens blaring for no apparent reason, the whole area was completely peaceful. 15 minutes later they turned off the sirens.

But grifts run out. And the worst Dem-lead cities have very right wing democrats running them. Progressive and Socialist mayors and their policy actually improves things, from city-owned grocery stores to housing help to decrease real homelessness.
We need to shake these people out of the DNC....
