Eleven more libraries will reopen on Sundays, thanks to the leadership of the City Council. They never should've been closed in the first place.

As Mayor, I'll end this absurd budget dance that keeps our beloved libraries in limbo year after year.
11 more NYC libraries will soon open on Sundays
A $2 million City Council deal will expand seven-day service to more than 30 branches citywide.

79% of young women support Zohran Mamdani.
67% of Jewish people aged 18-44 support Zohran Mamdani.
65% of Black people aged 18-44 support Zohran Mamdani.

Would you have guessed *any* of that with how the media has covered all this?

Omfg shut up. My parents live in that neighborhood, they voted for Mamdani and their view at night is filled with empty dark apartments owned as investments by those with properties elsewhere, these are not concerns of “residents” they are issues for financial holding companies

Right now in midtown, Zohran Mamdani accepts the endorsement of unions that had previously lined up behind Cuomo.

Refers to yesterday’s results as a “mandate.” Says he’s not only going to fight on behalf of unions, but also of New Yorkers that are also being abducted by ICE in Lower Manhattan.

Out canvassing for @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social today, because it would be so fun to have a mayor use NYC power for things like free buses and freezing rent. Added bonus, checking out the apartment buildings in my neighborhood is fun.

I would guess that Zohran Mamdani cultivates alternative media because the New York Times covers him in the Styles section as a “long shot” while he is running a solid second place in the polls.

Yes please. I need our representatives to focus less on rigging the stock market for themselves and more on helping their constituents.
No lawmaker in Congress should be able to own, buy, and sell individual stocks.

We need to ban congressional stock trading—and I've got a bill for that.

It feels like no one should have to say this, and yet we are in a situation where it needs to be said, very loudly and clearly, before it’s too late to do anything about it: The United States is not a startup. If you run it like one, it will break.
