Men herregud.

The political officer is back
Beyond the 60 Minutes payoff & Colbert cancelation, an unprecedented capitulation: as part of merger agreement, new parent company agrees to install an official to "monitor bias" at CBS’s news division. CBS news will essentially be state controlled media.

Every thing you do, no matter how small, to remind people that the wannabe dictators are actually sad, scared, fallible little boys is helpful. The more we laugh at them, the less fearsome they are and the easier it is to wrest power back from them.

Also? These messages are effing hilarious.

I agree about "Adolescence", and one shot entire episodes, even with drone action in between (how did they do it?), is fucking impressive. Also enjoyed "The Residence" which I binged through eight episodes of yesterday. Starting to get a bit hooked to the well produced limited series format.

A huge amount of communication amongst men happens by micro expression and I presume the same is true about women.

So I drive my wife to a gala for her charity. She's setting up and doing board member things so I go to a bookstore for a while then come back with time to kill. /1

US officials are reportedly threatening to revoke Starlink access for Ukraine if they don’t give us 50% of their mineral rights.

That’s not diplomacy, it’s extortion.

We’re also pushing them to kill a UN Resolution that blames Russia for starting the war.

Facts matter.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office.

Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.

Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

Always a head-scratcher when someone says they think Trump has any “business acumen”…

And to use that as a basis to vote him into office a second time is like sticking your finger into the socket…a second time.
Laid-off IRS employee said he had voted for Trump: "I thought that someone with his business acumen would have come in with a fine-tooth comb and actually found it instead of coming in with a wrecking ball and destroying people’s lives for no reason."

Signed up for @wired.com to support their great journalism in the shitshow currently happening. Unfortunately, the subscriber retention policies in Condé Nast are very similar to the New York Times', where it's very easy to sign up, but a bit more difficult to cancel.

No resub before that's fixed.
