The NHL needs a summit on penalty calls. Controversial penalties need clearly defined rules & all penalty calls should be subject to VAR.

Leafs have literally been forced to play a completely different version of hockey than the Panthers since the end of game 3 because of the officiating.
There needs to be a serious investigation into the officiating of the NHL. Inconsistent at best, negligent/incompetent at worst.
