People always focus on Trump but we need to remember that he has lots of help. His staff are a hideous group of vile human beings that place no value on human life.

If anyone saw them move photographers to the front of the stage and strategically lower the flag behind him that should answer any question about if it was real or not. Trump was willing to let one of his supporters and some sad lonely kid die for that stunt because he knew it would win it for him.
