Nope only craving a just future. I appreciate the clarification re: expropriation. As the use of the notwithstanding clause has shown there's really nothing required for a provincial government to enact its will other than passing legislation. Compensation wouldn't be required and land could be had.

Eminent domain. Start the Annex. Then Forest Hill. Most of the serviceable lots are owned by a 1 or 2 septuagenarians who have a lot more wealth than the value of their 5-10M home. They can take the hit for the greater good.
