The entire cost of all federal employees is $278 billion. Elon Musk’s net worth is $433 billion. The 802 billionaires in America have a net worth of $6.2 Trillion. Therefore, if we taxed the net worth of billionaires only, by 5% only, we could pay the salary of all US federal employees.
