Rarely watch a movie these days that I find worthy of talking about. Support the Girls is one of them. Left me with more kindness and empathy towards the end of it and it's blessed with flawless performances and great writing. Grab a big ass beer and enjoy.

What’s a movie you think nobody but you and a handful of people have heard of, that you think is a fantastic film?

Dark, twisted mind fuck. Thoroughly enjoyed the dystopian and the Children of Men rehash in the undertones. Highly recommend.

At 94, Clint Eastwood has still got it. If I have 0,001% of what he has at 60, I've made it in life.

Musk does a Hitler salute before cameras, Germany's new chancellor is doing it within his heart.

Second movie I watched in the past half year about Jewish Americans going back to Poland to visit their ancestral past. Ignoring Lena Dunham's clunker, Jesse Eisenberg's A Real Pain delivers only because of Kieran Culkin's stab in your heart performance.

First time watching this movie. the emotional scenes worked well but the ones with Kevin booby trapping his home seemed not grounded in reality. Should've left them out of the movie. Otherwise the story of a boy discovering loneliness and the importance of family.

Some gems in the report from the Rechnungshof about the state of Berlin's finances. Yes, go ahead and slash culture budgets, cycling lanes and public transport extension to cover your own inability to collect three digit million taxes because of red tape and data management.

Fished this from the mental to-watch list and discovered the prolific American director Richard Fleischer and his absolute mastery over creating a chilling psycho killer drama. Aided by searing performances by Richard Attenborough and John Hurt.
