For real, though, all due respect to Dr. Nisha Verma, but if you're going to testify to Congress about reproductive health, really need to just have a quick response to this question handy. Really can't get caught off guard with this one.

Again if you had simply explained that tech models quickly go out of date and are discontinued, so no longer made, that would’ve be been enough.
What do you do instead? Mock a woman who doesn’t understand how it all works.

Instead of being sarcastic you could’ve just explained that what she was after was a discontinued model, that tech moves on so quickly that certain models become outdated. I’m not in sales or tech & know that as a woman. If you had been a better sales person you could’ve made her understand simply.
