#PublicEnemy. “By the Time I Get to Arizona.” 1991. If it wasn’t for PE, I would not have known that Evan Mecham — the governor of Arizona 87-88 —cancelled MLK day… and the state voted against its reintroduction. [AZ then lost ~$300M when the NFL moved the SuperBowl to CA]
