Something interesting I learned from veterinary works is that dog canines have relatively rounded tips that don't always puncture skin. As such, they often produce injuries consistent with blunt trauma from biting/shaking. Compare this to the needle-like canines of a cat.

I almost resent cats and dogs due to just how much pet bias is towards them over other animals.
Coyotes are more ecologically important than cats, and I'll never be friends with anyone who kills coyotes to protect their outdoor pests.

Human rights, environmentalism, animal welfare, and the preservation of artistic freedom and knowledge are the only things that truly matter, and if our current system is against all five of those issues, then that system doesn't deserve to exist and should be dismantled and replaced.

pointing out the rights hypocrisy about freedom of speech doesn’t really do too much but i honestly am just stunned how blatantly and quickly they reversed on pretty much every constitutional freedom the moment they gained full power

I find it interesting how Pixar and Illumination were polar opposites when it came to quality back in the 2010s, but now they're roughly of equal quality, with mediocre releases more often than not.
I predict that Illumination will surpass Pixar in the next decade or so.
